Distribution of LGTV TP21 proteins during the acute and persistent infection phases. Acutely infected cells were infected at an MOI of 10 and fixed at 72 hpi. Persistently infected cells were obtained by infection at an MOI of 0.1 and passaged upon reaching confluence.
