Antibodies raised against the C-terminal half of domain CR9 inhibit AgLDL-derived intracellular CE accumulation in human VSMCs. hVSMCs were preincubated with increasing concentrations of rabbit polyclonal Abs raised against P1–P3 peptides for 2 h and then exposed to AgLDL or nLDL for a further 18 h.
