Co-localisation studies by confocal microscopy. Log phase promastigotes at 25 °C were stained with mouse anti-P23 (1:250) and with either a chicken anti-HSP70 (1:500), b chicken anti-HSP90 (1:500) or c chicken anti-Sti1 (1:500). Images were taken by confocal laser microscopy and differential interference contrast (DIC, panels A1, B1, C1).
