When a Cox regression analysis is performed, including coloboma depth, CW, CD/AL (coloboma excavation), coloboma volume, AL, structural abnormality, and presence of retrobulbar cyst, retrobulbar cyst is the only statistically significant risk factor (P = 0.014).
