Combined treatment (ASA+sCT) reverses alterations in serum parameters induced in OVX rats. Effects of ASA, sCT and combined treatment (sCT+ASA) on serum parameters of OVX rats. Serum Ca and P concentrations were determined using an automated biochemical analyzer (Olympus AU2700), and serum concentrations of proteins were determined by ELISA.
