Data on the current amplitude and Po of reconstituted channels in the absence or presence of glibenclamide are summarized in panel B. There was significant decrease in Po value and current amplitude in the presence of glibenclamide, indicating that the channel is less sensitive to glibenclamide in ER stress condition.
