Valinomycin production in shake flask scale cultivations of E. coli BJJ01 pCTUT7-Vlm1 pKS01-Vlm2. Cultivations were performed in 500 mL flasks containing 100 mL EnPresso B defined medium at 200 rpm and 30°C for 12 h. The glucose releasing biocatalyst concentration was 3 U L−1.
