Heat map and cluster dendrogram of detected miRNAs. miRNA expression patterns of 21 pre-treatment needle aspiration tumor FFPE samples were examined using TLDA arrays. A total of 333 miRNA were expressed at a significant level (Ct < 35 in at least 10 samples). ER, PgR, HER2 and neoadjuvant response for each patient were presented. Using Pearson centered distance matrix and the centroid-linkage method, delta Ct of miRNAs were subjected to hierarchical clustering analysis.
