Protein expression of Skp2, p21^Cip1, p27^Kip1, p53, Chk1, Chk2, phospho-ATM S1981, phospho-ATR S428 in 22Rv1, LNCaP C4–2, and DU-145 cells treated with 0, 10, 20, and 40 μM CAPE for 96 h were assayed by Western blotting. Protein abundance of β-actin was used as loading control.
