a) Diagram showing the alignment of yeast and human Tgs1p. b) Yeast two-hybrid plasmids expressing Swm2p, hTgs1p, or yTgs1p were co-transformed into the PJ69-4A reporter strain and spotted in 10-fold serial dilutions on SDC-Trp-Leu, or SDC-Trp-Leu-His plates. Positive interactions allow growth on SDC-Trp-Leu-His plates.
