HEL-TERT and HEL-pBMN cells were treated with 5-AZA at 2.0 μM for 72 hours and Immuno-FISH was performed to determine 53-BP1 foci and telomere-dysfunctional foci (TIF). Red and Green: 53-BP1 foci and telomere signals, respectively. Yellow: Co-localization of 53-BP1 foci and telomere signals. Shown is the representative of three independent experiments.
