Screen was carried out twice and rank product scores were calculated based on R-score. Radiosensitizing siRNAs shown by R-scores <0. Top 25 lowest and highest ranked siRNAs are shown. siRNAs that reduced plating efficiency below 5% were excluded from analysis.
