These sample data illustrate the region of interest analysis, denoted by the identical red squares on each mouse. Photon flux in each area is quantified in the graph below the image. These data illustrate results for a control firefly luciferase PCA, and a constitutively interacting PCA pair in transiently transfected cells (5×106) implanted into the peritoneal cavity of the mouse.
