The red lines are the trajectories predicted by our unidirectional model, and the black dots are the experimental data. It is shown that in (B), (C) and (D), the predicted trajectories are in good accord with the data. In (A), however, we found that the increase of CSCs proportion predicted by our model is much slower than that shown on data in the first few days. The optimum parameters are A ≈ 1.39, B ≈ 0.96.
