Diffuse TBI resulted in a significant suppression of the righting reflex (mean ±SEM; F(3,34)=15.09, p<0.0001) compared to uninjured shams. Further, by excluding the uninjured shams, the one-way ANOVA revealed no significant differences between brain-injured mice, regardless of treatment (F(2,23)=0.06; p=0.9).
