GW4064 represses HNF4α transactivation of the CYP2D6 promoter. Recruitment of HNF4α, SHP, and RNA polymerase II onto (A) CYP2D6 promoter and (B) Cyp8b1 promoter were analyzed by ChIP assay in the livers of mice treated with GW4064 (10 mg/kg) or vehicle (olive oil).
