Shortly before the peak of disease thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) knock-out (KO) mice show a clearly reduced leucocyte infiltration in the spinal cord. Real-time reverse transcription–polymerase chain reaction (RT–PCR) of spinal cord, harvested at day 11 after experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) induction.
