Table 1.

Haplotype analysis revealed a common risk haplotype for idiopathic epilepsy. A risk haplotype shared between the breeds was identified between 15085438 and 15113325 bp on CFA37. It consisted of alleles T-C-del-del-G-G at 15085438, 15106446, 15108593, 15108802, 15111724 and 15113325 bp in ADAM23
