(A) A549 or H460 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of RAD001 for 24h. Bcl2 and p-p70S6K were analyzed by Western blot. (B) 10 patients with NSCLC were treated with RAD001 (5mg or 10mg/day) for 28 days. Bcl2 in tumor tissues was analyzed by IHC using anti-Bcl2 antibody and quantified by analyzing immunoscore.
