The effects of PF-05212384 on the phosphorylation of the PI3K/mTOR downstream targets S6, 4EBP1, and Akt. A–C) UMSCC1 and UMSCC46 HNSCC cells were treated with PF-05212384 (10μM) for 24 hours then irradiated (7.5 Gy); immediately following irradiation cells were washed twice with 37°C medium and were subsequently incubated with drug free medium for the given time frame. PF-05212384 effect on PI3K/mTOR targets with treatment following irradiation demonstrated in Supplementary Figure S3A–B.
