Fig 4 — Duration of CAP treatment necessary to decrease viability by 50%, termed the inhibitory duration (ID₅₀). The ID₅₀ for (A) A172, (B) U373, and (C) U87 is between a treatment duration of 90 to 120 seconds with CAP. The ID₅₀ for A172 and U373 declined at 48 and 72 hours more significantly than in U87, indicating a relative treatment resistance to CAP in U87.
