Effects of mogrol on p-ERK1/2 and Bcl-2 expression. K562 cells were treated with mogrol for 24 h. Cell lysates were then subjected to sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), followed by western blotting with anti-ERK1/2 (total and phosphorylated) and anti-Bcl-2 antibodies. Proteins were quantified by densitometric analysis of the western blotting results. The expression of β-actin served as a loading control. A. Effects of mogrol on p-ERK expression; B.
