Tumor size. Subsequent to the DBTRG cells being injected subcutaneously into the lower abdominal region of the mice, the mice did not undergo treatment for three weeks. The following day, indicated as day zero, 50 µg/ml RC-RNase and PBS were injected subcutaneously in the opposite side of the abdominal region to the tumor (The volumns of RC-RNase and PBS were 100 µl). Tumor size was measured every three days. Eight mice were examined for each group. The data indicate that the tumor size was significantly different after 18 days of RC-RNase treatment.
