Cordycepin induces autophagy in neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells. (A) SK-N-SH cells stably transfected with the pEGFP-LC3 vector were treated with 200 µmol/l cordycepin for 72 h. The cell morphology and green fluorescence was observed under a microscope. Arrows indicate cells exhibiting a punctate pattern of fluorescence.
