3-methyladenine (3-Me) alleviates the apoptotic effect of cordycepin on SK-N-SH cells. The SK-N-SH cells were treated with 0 µmol/l cordycepin, 150 µmol/l cordycepin, 5 mmol/l 3-methyladenine, or a combination of the latter two, for 48 h prior to staining with Annexin V-PI and assessment using fuorescence-activated cell sorting analysis.
