Statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups were observed in the expression of ALP (P<0.01, on days 4, 7, 14), OCN,(P<0.05, on day 14) and MSX2 (P<0.01, on day 1, 4, 7, 14), but not in the expression of RUNX2 (P>0.05).
