(A) Computed tomography image showing a tumor with mixed ground-glass opacity (GGO), with a tiny solid component and peripheral GGO. (B) Lesion was diagnosed as a minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (hematoxylin and eosin stain; magnification, x200). The findings were negative for epidermal growth factor receptor and Kirsten rat sarcoma mutations.
