The expression level of miR-134 was significantly decreased in SKOV3-TR30 compared with SKOV3. Total RNA was extracted from SKOV3 and SKOV3-TR30 cells and expression level of miR-134 was quantified by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction normalized to the expression of U6. Data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation of three separated experiments (*P<0.05).
