Treatment with rivaroxaban in diabetic mice promoted eNOS, p-eNOS, and VEGF production of ischemic tissues compared to diabetic control mice. The expression of VEGF was enhanced in a dose-dependent effect of diabetic mice treated with rivaroxaban.
