Relative expression (2-ΔΔCt) of (A) the isopentenyltransferase (IPT) gene IPT9, (B) the uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferases (UGT) gene UGT85A1, (C) the cytokinin ribosid 5′ monophosphate phosphoribohydrolase gene LOG7 and (D) the cytokinin oxidase (CKX) gene CKX2, in the second oldest harvested mature leaf of the winter oilseed rape cultivars NPZ-1, NPZ-2, Apex and Capitol grown in hydroponics during 12 d N starvation (0.1mM) or optimal N supply (4.0mM). The plants were pre-cultured for 28 days at 2.0mM N. The data are shown relative to the cultivar-specific control at DAT 0 (dashed line).
