Notes: Statistical results from ELISA for CK (A), CK-MB (B), and LDH (C). Pretreatment groups were treated with QSYQ for 7 days before operation, 30 minutes before ischemia, and 120 minutes before reperfusion, respectively. Data are expressed as mean ± SD (each group, n=8). **P<0.01 compared with the Sham group; ^##P<0.01 compared with the I/R group.
