Effect of QSYQ on mitochondrial structure and function in response to I/R-induced injury.

Notes: Myocardial mitochondria was prepared and purified after 120 minutes reperfusion. Quantitative assessment of mitochondrial structure and function was done based on the speed (A) and extent (B) of MPTP opening, MTP (C), and mitochondrial calcium overload (Ca²⁺) (D). The whole process was completed within 4 hours as described previously (Ref). The linear mixed effect models were analyzed for repeated measurement data, and least squares means were calculated between the groups at different time points. Data are expressed as mean ± SD (each group, n=8). *P<0.05, **P<0.01 compared with the Sham group; ^#P<0.05, ^##P<0.01 compared with the I/R group.
