Adjusted for age at incident HF, gender (female vs. male), race (non-white vs. white), marital status (married vs. not), education (any college or higher vs. high school graduate or less), and income (>$25,000 vs. not), depression score, Mini Mental State Examination Score, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and chronic kidney disease.
