Effect of 3MC on AHR-mediated transcriptional activity in G418-resistant colonies. Each colony was seeded in a collagen-coated 24-well cell culture plate at a density of 1 × 10⁵ cells/well. After an overnight incubation, the cells were incubated with a medium containing 3MC at 5 μM or 0.05 % DMSO (control) for 24 h, and the luciferase assay was performed as described in “Materials and Methods”.
