TCH1516, FPR3757 and Newman were grown up to exponential (OD ~0.5) backdiluted to OD₆₀₀ of ~0.05, and serially diluted (10⁻¹–10⁻⁵) on either TSA plates or TSA plates supplemented with human hemoglobin or sheep’s blood.
