(A) KPC mice with ultrasound confirmed tumors were treated with Gemcitabine (Gem) at 120 mg/kg or PBS followed 48 hours later by intraperitoneal injection of FGK45 or control IgG2a (each 100 μg). A cohort of mice also received clodronate encapsulated liposomes (CEL).
