KPC mice with ultrasound confirmed tumors were treated with Gemcitabine (Gem) at 120 mg/kg or PBS followed 48 hours later by intraperitoneal injection of FGK45 or control IgG2a (each 100 μg). Cohorts of mice also received clodronate encapsulated liposomes (CEL) or depleting antibodies for CD8 (2.43).
