(B) ROS reduction by MnTBAP diminishes MPTP opening in heat stress exposed cells. MPTP opening was assessed by staining with calcein-AM and COCl2. (C,D) ROS reduction by MnTBAP diminishes Bax conformational change and mitochondrial translocation in heat stressed exposed cells. Bax tranlocation and conformation change were measured by western blot and immunoprecipitation, respectively.
