Conditional KO of STIM1 in neutrophils hastens reversal of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like plaques. IMQ was applied daily for 5 days, and then mice were observed and killed 1 day later (D5+1) or 3 days later (D5+3). Severity of the skin inflammation (Redness, A; Scaling, B) was evaluated blindly and scored on a scale from 0 to 3.
