(a) C57BL/6 mice were treated with 50 μg of anti-Ly6G or isotype control antibody one day prior and at the time of intradermal injection of S. aureus, and proliferation was assessed by BrdU incorporation 72 h later. Percentage of CD3+BrdU+ cells is shown. (b) Percentage of B220+BrdU+ cells is shown after mice were treated as in a.
