The effect decreased pH has on the product distribution during combinatorial biocatalysis. In each case the catalyst was the I100V isoform of T4MO and the two substrates were anthranil and 6-chloroindole. The pH values shown are the values for the media prior to adding cells and substrates, the pH at the end of the reactions was not measured.
