Paired-label uptake of [¹²⁵F]FPOIBG (A) versus [¹³¹I]MIBG (B) in three NET-expressing cell lines. Cells were incubated with the radiolabeled analogues and with or without DMI at 37 °C for 2 and 4 h and cell-associated radioactivity determined as described in the text. Percent of total radioactivity (supernatant plus cell-associated) that was in the cells was determined from assays both in the presence or absence of DMI.
