Merged low magnification images on left panels show co-localization in the nucleus (N), scale bar = 10 µm. Boxed inset in left panels are shown as enlarged images on the right panels. Enlarged images show immunostaining as merged narrow doublets which is consistent with co-localization at the sarcomeric I-band, scale bar = 1 µm.
