Expressions of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR)3 and FGFR4 increase in diabetic mice. Immunofluorescence staining of kidney from C57BL/6 mice and Akita mice is shown. Fgfr1, Fgfr2, Fgfr3, and Fgfr4 (green) were stained with Alexa 488 fluorescence. Nephrin (red) was counterstained with Alexa 633.
