Fucoidan inhibits CoCl₂-treated Hca-F cell invasion. The invaded Hca-F cells treated with fucoidan under hypoxic conditions were stained and counted (A,B); Western blot showing that fucoidan decreased MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression and increased TIMP-1 expression in a concentration-dependent manner under hypoxic conditions (C,D).
