HDAC5 enhanced the expression of DLL4 in CRC cells. SW480 cells were transfected with plasmids encoding HDAC5 and then the expression of DLL4 was detected with western blotting (A and B). After transfection with HDAC5 siRNA, western blotting was used to determine the DLL4 expression (C and D).
