20% = gametes and embryos incubated throughout in a 5% CO2 in air (20% O2) atmosphere;

20%-5% = same for gametes and zygotes but day embryos transferred to a 5% CO2, 5% O2 and 90% N2 atmosphere; 5% gametes and embryos cultured in a 5% CO2, 5% O2 and 90% N2 atmosphere. There were no differences among treatment groups (P > 0.05).
