(A) Association between expression of PD-L1 (PD-L1 staining <2+ and PD-L1 staining >2+) and survival in chordoma patients. Kaplan–Meier survival analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the staining of PD-L1 expression and survival. The median overall survival for PD-L1-low patients compared with PD-L1-high patients exhibited a borderline trend, but did not achieve statistical significance. (B) Distribution of PD-L1 expression in survival and non-survival chordoma patient samples as determined by immunohistochemistry. The average PD-L1 expression levels for survivors and non-survivors were 1.250+ and 1.625+, respectively (P = 0.0325).
