UV-B-induced hypocotyl growth inhibition in Arabidopsis seedlings. UV-B-mediated inhibition of hypocotyl elongation is apparent in four-day-old wild-type (WT) seedlings but not in uvr8 or cop1 mutants. This UV-B-induced photomorphogenic response is enhanced in rup1 rup2 double mutant seedlings.
