The column k/j gives the asymptotic model prediction for the exponent bjk. The point estimate bjk is computed as the average bjk across years and site type, not by pooling all of the data from different years and site types to calculate means and variances. The confidence intervals are obtained via bootstrapping with 106 bootstrap samples from the set of bjk.
